That was the name of the post on Reddit. Apparently poster didn't change it. From Reddit worldbuilding: ---- There are things the public aren’t meant to know. Some things could drive you mad if you knew about them, or could be exploited to terrifying results. To ensure secrets stay that way, an agency was founded, known as the Gold Lighting Agency. Their main purpose is to protect humanity from magic, monsters and other weirdness — and if they can’t manage that, to cover up the damage. They are ruthless in their execution, and many who know of their existence dislike them for their hypocrisy (they employ powers that they themselves prevent anyone else from using) and their tendency to use violence to solve their problems. Their existence, and even the laws they enforce, are kept secret from the general public. Although the setting is modern-day, I feel like they’d have a more retro feel to their signs, and I tried to make this mock-up with that in mind. Any feedback is welcome and appreciated! ---- ?

My wife has horses and we have previously talked about how ridiculous this is. They tranquilize the horses before they are loaded on. You definitely don't want a horse to get excited - they could easily punch a hole through the side of the plane and they wouldn't stop if they hurt themselves doing so. I am not sure how much of an option this is for people. If they keep reducing the legroom in coach, however, I would opt for a tranquilizer...

Oh now that's not fair. Seeing all the old old (vintage?) toys posted and then this is thrown in with that batch. Had one of these when I was around 12 y/o. Friggin' thing was awesome. This and a Big Trac. Kids these days don't know what they're missing...

I grew up in western Washington. Marine climate, very green, very beautiful. Never could figure out why they snapped these two very different environments together to form a state. Maybe they were trying to balance it out?

Not that I lend any credibility to Rolling Stone, but that was such an opinion hit piece I wanted to punch the author right there. I hate getting so enraged by a pushed agenda and then getting to the bottom and not seeing any comment section. They took someone's personal beliefs and made it sound like child abuse, parent abuse, societal abuse. They are essentially saying, "This person has a platform because of their celebrity, and are advocating things we don't agree with (because we are right). They should not be allowed to have a dream job that perfectly fits their personality." Don't listen or do them then! Disagree! Communicate your opposition to their ideas based on sound reasoning and not opinion. Don't come out guns a-blazing from the dark alley you been waiting in to push someone else down. I've had too many kids because every time I see one of these, I totally see the kangaroo from Horton Hears a Who. Gotta get that flower away from him! Do it for the children... Thanks for giving me a (confined) space to finally be able to comment in. I feel better now.

White male, registered Republican (not Trumpian) - and even I am offended at the self-centered narrow-viewed stupidity. "If it doesn't happen to my cute white middle-class looking butt, then it couldn't possibly be real". Saw a funny put down the other day that fits this perfectly: "You should be forced to carry a plant around all day to replace all of the oxygen you are wasting."

Deceptive advertising... They definitely applied a blue filter to make this look appealing. Is an artificial island floating on recycled plastic (which would normally be a thumbs up) - in the middle of a extremely polluted lagoon right outside a major African city.
