iPhone - For when it's easier for you to check your e-mail and play tower defense than it is to actually talk to any of the people you went to the bar with. Get off your toys, jackasses, or we're leaving you home next time.

They are the same color. Take Photoshop. Sample the gray of either panel A or B. Then paint, using that color, through the two blocks. Voila. Same color.

Black bears are kind of small. Mountain lions are scary. Black bears usually just kind of wander off.

Didn't expect that of me? First of all, I read the whole thing. It's long. It's boring. There are lots of info dumps. Reading the whole 'X begat Y' part near the beginning is a slow torture (that I wisely skipped past after the first few). Lots of the earlier books are just "God's laws" info dumps. Deuteronomy is especially bad in this regard, even if it gives me my favorite quotes. The new testament is easier to read, but still kind of preachy. Mostly full of well meaning advice that I only see hippies following, and I don't think their inspiration was the bible. Even then it tells multiple versions, jumps around a lot, and doesn't tell the whole story. I never found the part of Jesus getting crucified. 99% sure it's not in there. There is very little poetry in it. A lot was probably lost in translation after translation... like the word satan being Hebrew for 'adversary' or 'opponent,' and the replacing of anyone who challenged God with a bet in the old Testament (like the Angel who challenged God in Job) with the "Devil," a character added in the new testament. Religion has good and bad parts, but the bible IS a long, boring, contradicting mess. Anyway, my favorite bible quote: 11When men strive together one with another, and the wife of the one draweth near for to deliver her husband out of the hand of him that smiteth him, and putteth forth her hand, and taketh him by the secrets: 12Then thou shalt cut off her hand, thine eye shall not pity her. ~Deuteronomy 25:11-12 (Basically, if two men get into a fight, and one man's wife grabs her husband's opponent by the balls, her husband muss cut off her hand, and do it without hesitation).

I've actually read the Bible. Ugh. What a long, boring, contradicting mess it is. It's that way for a reason. That way they can claim whatever they want is in there, and no one will bother to check up on it, because "a man of god" told them. I especially like the laws for selling daughters into slavery.

This kid passes the class. Man, I'm glad my state didn't have this abstinence crap.

Still better than the movie version. I also assumed the feet weren't human-like.
