First let me say I have a firearms licence, so I am invested in certain privileges not being taken away. That being said is the dailyanarchist (where this picture comes from)really a source we want to be citing? Especially given how he came by his numbers? Also I would be totally happy if we didnt have pro and anti gun control pictures posted every few days until a Republican enters office.

I enjoyed the second one more, I felt the story was better and the ending for the second one was much more satisfying. I still enjoyed the first but almost had an anger stroke when it cut to credits.

1.3 Million unwanted children that vs 20 well loved children. I get that the loss of life under any circumstances is a tragedy but do I really want to force people to have kids? I cant help but think that the statistic could be 1.3 million more cases of child neglect or criminal activity or welfare cases. It would be wonderful if there was a loving family, money and opportunity for every child conceived but the reality is there isn't, and we shouldn't be proposing solutions that assume a perfect world.

We are probably going to agree to disagree, I don't blame the gun and I certainly don't blame one over the other because one looks aggressive. I put the blame on the cultural problems in the USA such as poverty, mental health, drug trafficking, immigration ( both legal and illegal), distrust in the government and minorities, the list can go on and on. I am sorry to hear you grew up in less than encouraging living conditions, but it sounds more like a poverty issue where gun violence was the result of poor living conditions not the cause of. Again I am sure we will disagree but this is a picture site and not a political theatre so I don't care ;)
