Scandroid is the debut album released by the artist of the same name—an alias of Klayton—released in 2016. The first two singles, “Salvation Code” and “Datastream” were released when Varien was part of the project. After Varien left, Klayton took over the project solo, releasing the singles: “Empty Streets”, “Aphelion”, and “Pro-Bots & Robophobes” throughout the years until the full album was unveiled. The album also includes a cover of the Tears for Fears smash hit “Shout”, and a remix from synthwave artist Waveshaper.
