The Canada Geese (Branta canadensis) – also sometimes referred to as Canadian Geese – are the most widely distributed geese in North America, with a range that stretches across the Arctic and temperate regions of North America. They also occur in northern Europe, on the Kamchatka Peninsula in eastern Siberia, eastern China and throughout Japan.
