Directed by Michael Pressman. With Paige Turco, David Warner, Michelan Sisti, Leif Tilden. The Turtles and the Shredder battle once again, this time for the last canister of the ooze that created the Turtles, with which Shredder wants to unleash an army of new mutants.

Feeling nostalgic, so turned on some classic TMNT action, this being the last good live action movie to my memory, but I’ll give TMNT 3 a chance to impress.

Halloween 2018

Directed by David Gordon Green. With Jamie Lee Curtis, Judy Greer, Andi Matichak, James Jude Courtney. Laurie Strode confronts her long-time foe Michael Myers, the masked figure who has haunted her since she narrowly escaped his killing spree on Halloween night four decades ago.

This is likely the best Halloween film to date with little to nothing in it that I can honestly pick at. It ignores the previous two Rob Zombie films and even ignores the death of the main characters, but this series has never really respected the deaths before has it? There are some excellent echos of the first film, and I was a fan of the survival house that she built, though honestly I would have made it somewhat more secure, but those paper thin walls all turned out to be there for a reason, didn’t they?
