The CW Is For Sale
This is going to be a bit of a interesting knot to untie, part of the reason that the CW has worked so well is that they had a library of stories and characters from the WB side of the house, as they own the DC Comics stuff. Will the new owners of the CW have the same access or will they need to stand on the strength of the original IP that they’ll be generating? CW has had some great originals that I’ve personally enjoyed, and plenty of stuff from other IP owners that aren’t WarnerBrothers.
The Expanse Season 6

Well the show is done and while there were no major missteps, this last episode had about 3 seasons worth of material in it, it’s a shame they didn’t get the time to either edit this down to something with a tighter story or give it just another season to follow through on the promises they were making. Instead what we got was a meandering season with at least two plotlines that ultimately didn’t go anywhere (what was the point of the colony / dead kid?). Don’t get me wrong, this show is completely re-watchable and I don’t regret watching it, unlike Game of Thrones.

Slight changes to MCS header
I’ve made some slight changes in the site’s header, removed the black admin bar and moved the couple things that were actually useful to the main navigation bar.
RIP admin bar, you were great, but super confusing to new people.
Additionally, I’ve removed everything in the sidebar except recent comments and recent tags. My plan is to completely remove the sidebar as well and migrate any content that was there to the main body of the site.
In addition to those two things, I discovered a bug in how the “queue” page was displaying for non-logged in users. That’s been fixed.
