I think I bought this just to say that I own it, because the reviews were terrible, the game had been delisted from Steam, and it was still cheap as hell to find a code for it to add it to my account. Turns out it’s a terrible game with nothing to do with Trek other than the name, even basic things like “how spaceships are propelled in this universe” is wrong, with them using the nacelles as some kind of rocket engines and you have to fight off waves of extremely generic alien ships. It’s not well made but the box will look just fine up on my shelf with the other Trek games I have.

Unbelievably full of cool things, circa 1998: leather trench coats, small caliber guns, slow motion, euro techno, and a hit man on the run for refusing to kill a cop with a family. It’s a little more convoluted than that, but as far as “assassin on the run” movies go, this is a good one.

The mystery of this story is much less royal, but the much more interesting due to the ide characters that end up being much more than they appear to be by the end.
