Parent Calls Bible ‘PORN’ and Demands Utah School District Remove It From Libraries

A parent is arguing that if banned books like ‘Gender Queer’ are pulled from shelves, the Bible—with its sex scenes, incest, and murder—should be banned, too.

    Knock at the Cabin

Knock at the Cabin: Directed by M. Night Shyamalan. With Dave Bautista, Jonathan Groff, Ben Aldridge, Nikki Amuka-Bird. While vacationing, a girl and her parents are taken hostage by armed strangers who demand that the family make a choice to avert the apocalypse.

    M. Night Shyamalan has rightfully gotten a reputation for doing movies with twists, but sometimes the twist is that there’s no twist, just a super weird premise that turns out to be true in an alarming way. In “Knock at the Cabin” the premise is that a sacrifice needs to be made to save the planet from unbelievable horror, and four strangers are brought together to give the opportunity to a family to make the choice of who among them will die so everyone else can live. The question through the film of course, is if the strangers are right, if they’re crazy, or maybe something strange will happen in the final moments of the film to explain everything. There are no answers by the end of the film, just many more questions about the nature of the world we live in, something that left me feeling unfulfilled. There’s no deep philosophical statements, nor are there are any story elements that would explain the situation, just an impossible choice that has to be made without any clarification.

There’s something missing here that I can’t put my finger on it, but it’s interesting enough to check it out if you have a spare couple hours, if only so you can try to explain it to me in simpler terms.

What Is a Bong Shop? A Beginner’s Guide to Cannabis Culture Retail Stores

In recent years, the legalization of cannabis in many states has led to the rise of the cannabis culture, which includes various retail stores selling accessories related to smoking dry herbs and flowers. One such store is a bong shop, which is a haven for smokers and enthusiasts of cannabis culture. If you’re new to cannabis culture, here’s a beginner’s guide to the bong shop.

    What Is a Head Shop?

It is a retail shop that sells smoking accessories such as bongs, pipes, rolling papers, grinders, and other related items. Bongs, the primary product sold in head shops, are water pipes that smoke cannabis. Pipes are smaller than bongs and can be used for both cannabis and tobacco. Rolling papers make joints, which is another way to smoke herbs. Grinders are used to grind the dry flower before it is smoked.

    Who Shops at Head Shops?

Head shops cater to diverse customers, from seasoned smokers to newbies trying herbs for the first time. Many customers seek high-quality smoking accessories to enhance their smoking experience. Others are looking for unique and novelty items to add to their collection.

Head shops are also popular with those who use cannabis for medicinal purposes. Cannabis has been shown to have numerous health benefits, including pain relief, anxiety reduction, and anti-inflammatory properties. As a result, many people with chronic illnesses, such as cancer and multiple sclerosis, use this plant-based drug to alleviate their symptoms.

What to Expect When Visiting a Head Shop?

When you visit a head shop, you can expect to see a wide range of products on display. The store will typically have bongs of various shapes, sizes, and materials, such as glass, silicone, and ceramic. In addition to bongs, the shop will likely have a selection of pipes, rolling papers, and grinders. You may also find other smoking accessories, such as ashtrays, lighters, and cleaning supplies.

Check their authenticity when visiting a physical head shop or an online retail store. Check whether they are licensed and certified sellers and keep genuine and high-quality products. It is advisable to visit the retailers’ websites to know all such details before visiting their stores physically. If you have questions about a particular item, don’t hesitate to call their customer service or the staff in physical stores. Remember, knowledgeable staff will always help you find the right product to suit your needs and budget.

    How to Buy a Bong?

There are multiple facts to consider when purchasing a bong. First, consider the size and design that will work best for you. Bongs come in various sizes, from small handheld pipes to large, elaborate water pipes. Think about where you will use it and how often you plan to use it.

Next, consider the material. Glass bongs are famous because they are easy to clean and taste clean. Silicone bongs are more durable and less likely to break if dropped. Ceramic bongs are also popular for their unique designs and durability.

Bongs can range from less than $20 to several hundred dollars. Determine how much you will spend and look for a bong that meets your needs and budget.

    Final thoughts:

A bong shop is essential to the cannabis culture and offers a wide range of products for smokers and enthusiasts alike. Whether you’re a seasoned smoker or new to the world of cannabis, a head shop can provide you with the tools and accessories you need to enhance your smoking experience.
