This is the weakest of the WTC books, but by far not a bad read, just not as exciting or full of new and cool ideas. There’s an interesting bit with some zombie type characters but I feel like I missed something between the last book and this one, with a wedding that happened at one point? At the time I’m writing this, I’m already half way through the next book, so I’m happy to say this 8th one was just a fluke and the next book is right back to being great.
