Shopped or stage. The cops don't really do the chalk outlines, that's just something Hollywood invented.

Long-term, it eventually will, yes. And professional ballet doesn't exactly offer big disability retirement packages... - Comment on But wait? (2011-07-27 22:31:34)
As it turns out, the original Star Wars movies would have been the mess that the prequels are except the studio had more push with Lucas at that time. Since he wasn't so big, they could keep a leash on him and tell him "No, that's stupid". We already saw the fraying of that leash by the time Jedi came out, though. The Prequel mess and the re-release edits of ET and the original trilogy are a result of Lucas having become so influential in the industry that the leash no longer exists. He can do whatever the fuck he wants, and the fans end up suffering for it. If Star Wars was a child, the fans should be able to sue for custody. :p - Comment on Crab (2011-07-24 19:32:14)

No matter how "badass" you try to make him look, he's still a fucking Pokemon. - Comment on support piracy (2011-07-17 23:10:07)
Try talking with the guys who made Torchlight about what they think of piracy. They feel that piracy and not getting stupid with DRM has actually HELPED their legit sales. - Comment on Star Fleet help desk (2011-07-13 22:28:00)
So, do you just where Star Trek uniforms all the time? Not gonna make fun, you've gotten enough of that here already. Just curious. :p - Comment on Pc vs. consoles (2011-07-11 01:08:09)

Repost, I think, but still very true. - Comment on Ringbearer (2011-07-09 23:47:37)
Yeah, that'd be bad. Gollum was an evil fuck. ( Stealing babies out of their cribs for a snack, for example... ) And let's face it, the One Ring was kinda crap. Made you invisible, live a long time, and slowly corrupt you, eroding your will in the process. A Lantern ring, however....even with that silly "can't effect yellow" limitation on the green one. - Comment on then versus now OS (2011-07-08 23:01:20)
'course, you can download a GUI to make Linux look just as good as the Mac or Windows GUI, so the point is pretty moot. - Comment on cell sage (2011-07-08 09:55:01)
Meh. It was the anime equivalent of WWE. Mindless testosterone-fueled soap opera.
