You can't really tell if they move their ears around or not, even deaf cats do that. And it's not different colored eyes thing. If a all-white cat has at least one blue eye, the odds of them being deaf go way up. It doesn't matter if it's one blue eye or two. And it's possible to have a white cat with two blue eyes and perfect hearing.
