I don't know how well it would do in that sort of climate. It grows wild in my yard. When we bought this house, the whole yard was a wild English garden. We've tamed it a bit and planted grass where a lot of wildflower beds used to be, but we saved the lavender. It just pops up again every year all on it's own. It smells great, it looks great, and if you're so inclined you can dry it & use it for tea or as a seasoning.

Very well, where do I begin? My father was a relentlessly self-improving boulangerie owner from Belgium with low grade narcolepsy and a penchant for buggery. My mother was a fifteen year old French prostitute named Chloe with webbed feet. My father would womanize, he would drink, he would make outrageous claims like he invented the question mark. Some times he would accuse chestnuts of being lazy, the sort of general malaise that only the genius possess and the insane lament. My childhood was typical, summers in Rangoon, luge lessons. In the spring we'd make meat helmets. When I was insolent I was placed in a burlap bag and beaten with reeds, pretty standard really. At the age of 12 I received my first scribe. At the age of fourteen, a Zoroastrian named Vilma ritualistically shaved my testicles. There really is nothing like a shorn scrotum, it's breathtaking, I suggest you try it. Fuck the Yankees in their stupid asses, and fuck Nike for assuming that I would be a fan of the Yankees if I cared about baseball. - Comment on Soup Kitchen (2009-07-07 15:35:13)
Nope, not shopped at all. I got into an argument with someone on another forum about this. He was criticizing Michelle Obama for wearing designer sneakers to a soup kitchen. The argument lasted about as long as it took me to ask him what he wears when he volunteers his time at the soup kitchen. - Comment on Fun with Tesla Coils (2009-07-07 14:13:55)

Parody & mockery are best when from a true fan. I believe that this was drawn up by either a consummate Ken player, or the usual opponent of one. This is pure gold right here. - Comment on Jägerman (2009-07-07 10:57:06)
Scrolling down quickly, I thought this was that shot of Micky Rourke as Whiplash. - Comment on Spider (2009-07-07 10:54:19)

http://news.ninemsn.com.au/technology/827036/internet-underground-takes-on-iran I threw this story at my wife earlier today. It's about how Anonymous is helping Iranians get a spot to communicate on the web without getting cockblocked.
