I love how when people pointed out the fact she's on $174,000 a year plus $35,000 gifts like this, she essentially said "When I said that the nobility should be taxed to help the peasants I obviously meant the dukes and marquis not a viscount like myself".?

Hey, btw... why don't the simps here tell us all why accepting a $35,000 event ticket as a member of Congress from an undisclosed donor is a good thing.

I bet you're the kind of guy who has offered to pay someone in 'exposure' before. I'm right, aren't I?

AOC wanted to hang out with a bunch of rich celebs at a cool party without losing her socialist street cred so she tossed “Tax the Rich” on the back of her dress and called it a day. It’s not much more complicated than that. Unfortunately we've now reached the "It's actually totes cool and normal for our fave socialist yaaas kween politician to go to exclusive opulent gatherings of elites bc she's spreading class consciousness there!" level of derangement in the AOC cult simp fandom.

none of them ran on M4A, why would they? they don’t believe in it. Lie: https://chicagoreader.com/columns-opinion/what-happened-to-the-squad/ Every chance the lady gets she’s talking about it. Shit, I think she even stopped by the AOC foot appreciation website and talked about it. Lie: https://youtu.be/8_AnoCUHd7E Every word you say has proved to be completely worthless. Is it compulsive or are you aware of what you're saying? Because at this rate, you could earn a fortune if you attached some sort of sprinkler arrangement to your face and hired yourself out to crop growers as some sort of mobile liquid fertiliser sprayer.
  • Comment on Gonna be a massive boon to fundraising tho (2021-09-07 13:30:24)
An Ipsos poll conducted in 2019 indicates that of 1,005 Americans surveyed :
    • 55% say that abortion should be legal in most or all cases
    • 73% say that facilities that provide abortion services should be allowed to remain in operation,
    • 80% say that the Supreme Court should maintain the legal right to abortion
https://www.ipsos.com/sites/default/files/ct/news/documents/2019-06/ipsos_usat_abortion_topline_053119.pdf With that overwhelming majority, with control of the House, Senate and the White House, the Biden administration could at any time codify Roe vs Wade federally. It could have been enshrined into law by the Democrats any time they've had the majority over the last forty plus years but they decided instead to let it hang in the balance of the Supreme Court to play political games and fundraise off the constant threat of losing rights. But they don't give a fuck and your constant excuses for Democratic inaction make me want to vomit. How does it feel being part of the problem?

How many Republicans ran on a platform of M4A then dropped it like a hot brick once they were in power and could do so at any minute? I'll bet you money right now she'll start only talking about it again in fundraising emails once the Democrats get annihilated in the midterms and it's no longer possible. Take the bet if you're not a chickenshit blowhard.

Indeed. It was one year ago today we had a glorious conglomeration of stupidity that was the 'Dumbkirk' boat disaster (see attached) and AntiFa in Portland setting their own comrades on fire (see video). Regardless of whose side you were on, it was a pretty good day on internet. https://youtu.be/eZBWlEq8QEo

Biden could tweet out tomorrow that the US was never in Afghanistan and you'd be all "Well, if Joe says so...!". You know he was laughed out the race in 1988 for being a self-aggrandising liar, right? Now it's fine though because he's also in steep cognitive decline. Doing things the majority of Americans want? So, little buddy... that's just not how the Democrats operate either. You never asked yourself why it's weird how Republicans are able to enact incredibly unpopular policies everywhere they hold power, but Democrats are unable to do wildly popular things even in places where they hold super-majorities? It’s absurd how Democrats always act powerless... they control the House, Senate and White House! They could pass a living wage, codify Roe v Wade, make healthcare a human right but instead they just keep making excuses and finding scapegoats so they can govern for their corporate donors, don't they? 59% of Americans want the minimum wage raised to $15, but what was the excuse for that? Was that "But the Parliamentarian...!"? Sad. 80% of Americans want M4A! Biden promised to personally veto that one because it costs too much. They happily increased the military budget by billions again last week, but healthcare in the middle of pandemic? Joe says no! Got to think about all that insurance donor money! It’s debatable whether Democrats are a functioning party at all or just a conglomerate of people who simply aren’t registered Republicans. Say what you want about Trump, but I’ve never seen a scenario where Republicans controlled Congress and allowed two of their own senators to sink their president’s agenda. Explain that, oh wise one.

Nothing to do with the thread, but I just want you to know this exists. This is what takes up rack space at The Guardian: https://www.theguardian.com/commentisfree/2018/jul/05/i-stopped-going-to-the-gym-because-of-trump-now-i-cant-open-jars?CMP=soc_568

Speaking of not reading things, remember that time The Guardian published the ravings of a known fantasist while being fully aware that he hadn't actually read the document he was making incendiary claims about? https://www.theguardian.com/world/2021/jul/15/kremlin-papers-appear-to-show-putins-plot-to-put-trump-in-white-house Why would I read The Guardian? Why would anyone read The Guardian?
