Technically, not Power Rangers, this is the Japanese original show GoGo Sentai Boukenger. They did use the footage to create a Power Rangers Operation Overdrive though.

There's more female suit actors now, but to confirm, both the Pink and Yellow suit actors were male in this series. Yellow may of course be excused because in the original Japanese series, he was male.

Shibuya station's pretty bad, but so are Tokyo, Harajuku, Hamamatsuchou, Ueno, Ikebukuro, Akihabara...and pretty much every other station on the Yamanote line. Japan's fucking ridiculous when it comes to trains.

No, you can't see the Dragster from the Mean Streak, they're at opposite ends of the park. And there's no other wooden coasters around which you can get that view of the Dragster. Not to mention the Dragster's colors are red and yellow, this one's completely different.
