Considering Red Skull has always been Captain America's main nemesis and his origins are being personally trained by Hitler to be the Third Reich's answer to Captain America, I'd say odds are pretty good he could have a place on the poster.

They're just humans under all that. The one series followed some kids at Luke's academy, and one of them was a sandperson I'm fairly sure, and she didn't wear the costume.
