Yes I've noticed that drop down comments and thought it was something with my Beta browser. Just wondering would it be possible to have some kind of setting that allows NSFW images to be shown as normally along with the rest of the posts so as to not have to open a separate window each time?

Should the iPhone not be more to the right hand side almost at the same level as a netbook? According to the chart it has less function then the iPad...yet it can do the exact same thing and on top of that can make phone calls and take photos. Also keep in mind that with a simple jailbreak I have gotten my iphone to multitask and play flash although as soon as I got my first flash popup I uninstalled the function. Since the iPad runs on the same iPhone OS if jailbroken it would multitask and be half useful I guess.

The six-fold symmetry of a snow crystal ultimately derives from the hexagonal geometry of the ice crystal lattice. But the lattice has molecular dimensions, so it's not trivial how this nano-scale symmetry is transferred to the structure of a large snow crystal. The way it works is through faceting. No long-range forces are necessary to form facets; they appear simply because of how the molecules hook up locally in the lattice (see Crystal Faceting for how this works). From faceting we get hexagonal prisms, which are large structures with six-fold symmetry. Eventually arms sprout from the corners of a prism, and six corners means six arms. Faceting is how the geometry of the water molecule is transferred to the geometry of a large snow crystal.
