Wow, such shining examples of Palin Derangement Syndrome. Amazing. For her to STILL scare you to death is nothing short of a miracle. She must really be doing something right !! Most of the comments I've seen in this thread so far are juvenile and follow rule #5 of the Saul Alinsky, 12 Rules for Radicals: RULE 5: "Ridicule is man's most potent weapon." There is no defense. It's irrational. It's infuriating. It also works as a key pressure point to force the enemy into concessions. Pretty crude, rude and mean, huh? All they want to do is create anger and fear. islam is not just a religion as it is a political way of life. sharia law is not compatible with the US constitution. I make the following argument: The First Amendment is not absolute. You cannot yell fire in a crowded theater when there is none. You can't create a religion that makes marijuana its Eucharist. The Mormons were forced to give up polygamy in order to get statehood. If islam wants to be considered a religion here in the US,(with all the rights and privileges) then it must give up sharia law that is in conflict with the US Constitution. They must denounce polygamy. The must denounce their prophet's claim about "killing the non-believer wherever you find him" and any other claim of violence that is dictated in the quran. In other words, they will have to gut most of its major tenets.

My point is that in christian/muslim conflict, it is islam that starts the fight. Christianity doesn't aspire to world domination by force as does islam.

Mosques pose a moral and political threat to the foundation of our country. They are not part of a religious movement, but a political one designed to fracture the moral and political foundation of America. Until the muslim community find it in their hearts to separate themselves from their evil, radical counterparts, to condemn those who want to destroy our civilization and will fight against them, we are not obligated to open our society to any of them.

There ain't nuttin they do that's wrong, in THEIR own minds: beat up your wife and kids? allowed; kill your wife if she cheats on you? allowed; kill your kids if they diss you? allowed; have sex with 10 year old kids? allowed; have sex with goats, donkeys etc.? allowed; Kill anybody who doesn't agree with your religion? allowed; blow yourself up while standing in a crowded market place? allowed; blow up school buses full of children? allowed; fly jetliners into tall buildings, killing thousands? allowed; kill homosexuals? allowed; public lashings, stonings and executions? allowed. About the only thing they can't do is drink booze.
