Where I am, these things fetch up to $1000 plus each... they're pretty remarkable. Thing is though, if you wanted to do more complex sums than adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing... you need to actually know maths very well. These are also rare now because a lot of people at the time were so curious as to how they worked, that they pulled them apart and didn't know how to put them back together again...
