yeh the 5.7 x 28 round, these ones here have a ballistic tip projectile in them. what that does is, well as you'd know a hollow point opens up. this does the same but its controlled how it opens so its much more effective, guns firing this round are illegal in most country's because they go straight a bullet proof vest.

Even if he did have priors. he turned himself in and plead guilty. even if charges weren't dropped for that. they should have been reduced a lot. I would maybe understand if he got a few months or even maybe a year, but not 15. he indicated deadly force yes. but he didn't indicate at any point he wanted to use it, the teller would have been asked in court, did the man appear threatening and did you feel as if he was going to harm you. Given what we've read about the events i would assume she said she felt scared. as to be expected. but the fact that he didn't pull a weapon of any sort and he only had a hand in his jacket how could you feel threatened. how could you know weather this poor guy actually had a weapon? was bluffing? or had a sore kidney or stomach and was holding it?
