Instructions- when you get to step 4 make sure you have your oven Preheated to 400 degrees 1.Weave Bacon 2.add any type of sausage you like, and spread it out like so 3.and seasoning, such as garlic salt black pepper,or Goya seasoning 4.cook remaining bacon half way, you don't want it fully cooked 5.add any flavor bbq or hot sauce or whatever you like sauce 6.roll up slowly, and add more seasoning, i used paprika with salt blk pepper and such 7.add some more sauce with glaze brush 8.cook for about 30 min in 400 degrees, then the last 15min knock it down to 350 and make sure you have something that check the rare to cooked inside of the bacon roll 9.CONSUME!!!!!

it does suck, i went there a year a go for vacation and climbed that same volcano. I am from Guatemala, and if you think it looks bad now should have seen it b4. Its an awesome country but this does really suck!
