As soon as I found out Perdition was a town, I lost all interest in this movie. It was a great title, until I found out it wasn't metaphorical. Literal = lames. Crappy story too, I thought.

@mAgnUS BUTTfoorson: Agreed. The movie pretended it was all deep and shit, but it was just two wackos going about killing people because they thought god wanted them too. Yeah. Great fucking idea. And what a fucking cop out ending. At least have the balls, whoever the director was, to take a stance. The open-ended, interview people on the street for their opinions was totally weak. Who the fuck cares what those idiots think anyway? Finish the goddamn story. Don't weasel out of coming down pro or con, just because you're worried people might not like your movie if you pick the "wrong" side. God, this movie is fucking excrement.
