Yeah, i think you are right, I just realized they have guyed the handlebars and are using front struts as vertical supports, so the tire would have to be off in order for it to be a more stable platform. And, I suppose, so the handlebars aren't too high to be used that way. Pretty clever actually...

Yeah, but here's an interesting thought. Have you ever been forced to park across a line because the person who parked in the space next to yours did the same thing? You never know about these things. It is possible hummer dude is an inconsiderate moron, but maybe there was someone else parked where the red car was, but taking two spaces. I've seen it happen enough times to know that sometimes it isn't the person who is currently parked like an idiot who started all the parking douchebaggery...
