All I have in my glove box is a roadmap. And maybe some gum and a couple of CDs. Mind you, I live in the UK where we have less car-jackings. And more importantly, less gun-loving Americans carrying weapons of death around, because it's there right to be surrounded by lethal objects.

We've had the over-priced rock star promoted stuff for ages. As noted by OP, you can get a lot better booze for a lot less money by avoiding JD - your paying a lot for the pretty label. I love the JD, makes some kickass cocktails, but a nice bourbon or Scotch normally costs less for better stuff. As for vodka, unless you are in the far eastern parts, $8-12 vodka probably won't be too decent... might be a little better than the paint stripper that is Smirnoff, but not much ! Throw juice or coke over it, and you might mask the flavour enough, but neat - yuck.

Looking for the UK... looking for the UK.... awwww ! We're not on there ! Ah well, guess I'll go ask my not-shot-to-death friends why, given our low murder rate I suspect that are all still alive. And not shot.
