There's no: "Politics" category for Nobel Prize award . If there's no "Politics" category for Nobel Prize award, then getting "all riled up", because Nobel Prize awardee endorsed some politician, is even dumber that the run of the mill authoritarian personality, that just overflows from this thread. Why? Because you're listening to pillow salesman, for tips about cars. The "same" pillow salesman you dissed yesterday, and 3 days ago. I don't know ho to put it simpler. - Comment on MASS MURDER (2020-09-30 15:33:20)

Guess you blocked out the second sentence, of Tiki's first response. And if you don't need them, why take their word, leg, or be in anyway concern about them? - Comment on GENTLE REMINDER (2020-09-29 11:11:41)
There's no: "Politics" field\category, so no, I don't. But looks like you should done your homework, before starting: "authorities endorse Biden", "we must have authorities", argument, when those authorities, are in completely different fields than the mentioned politics. - Comment on GENTLE REMINDER (2020-09-28 12:54:44)

Well, It looks like you don't, and the maniacal defense of: "we need authoritas!1111", proves it. How NPR (sans the Peace ones, maybe), are authorities in the field of politics ? If they aren't, why this fucking shitstorm of yours? Brainwashed much? Guilty conscience? Hits too close to home? And, why the fucking fuck, you'd need "experts" to tell you for whom to vote, in the first place ? ?!!! Is this some American thing, I'm too non-American to understand? "Wiser" would be to stick to the matter at hand (blindly voting), and not "fallacy it" into oblivion. - Comment on GENTLE REMINDER (2020-09-27 02:51:25)
No I didn't, I just strongly don't agree with it. But then, I don't live in a country when you vote for people, who then vote for your president. But I do live in country, that was more than once massively fucked up, by "following the leader", "believing in authorities" approach. It preached "enlightenment", "progress", "equality", "getting justice", and all that "good stuff", but what they brought was the opposite, and not for the countries they started in, but also their neighbors, and their neighbors neighbors, and so on. So I don't need your "enlightenment", but it looks like you need "hands on" experience of what you propose. P.S. Current POTUS was brought to you, by blindly listening to others, and "good stuff" he was preaching. - Comment on BIKINI (2020-09-27 02:37:41)

"Authorities of some kind", as in teachers, mentors - yes, blind obedience to them - no. If those 81 one recipients, took their knowledge of politics "to the very cutting edge", I would be very, veeery careful about listening to them. If not, and they're chemists, economists, physicians, physicists, writers, and Peace Nobel recipients (not necessarily ones that bomb other Peace Nobel recipients), then I find your logic about: "listening to the best in their field, missing a fuckton in this case. TL;DR Like I've wrote earlier, the problem is listening to others, instead of making your own fucking mind, and taking responsibility for it. Though I get the allure of it: "It's not my fault, the Nobel Prize Recipient told me to do it", "It's not me, the Science was wrong", "God wills it!", etc. - Comment on GENTLE REMINDER (2020-09-26 05:01:57)
IMO this is exactly the problem - you shouldn't vote on somebody, just because somebody else said you should vote on them. You should do your own research, use your own fucking judgement, and not rely on "authorities" to tell you. - Comment on 11951884919195945281824923904001886818337410o (2020-09-26 04:51:56)
