Last time I checked, films were about telling a story (good or bad) not about what their filmaking budget is. Films use both originally shot and stock footage. I am sure if you look hard enough you might find footage that was used in both a big budget film and also in a low budget independent film. I think Battle: Los Angeles and Skyline used similar shots, along with the same F/X house.

The reason why this was put in, instead of the original, was because a person had their skull sliced open on set while filming the original shot.

I love these, sadly I have freakishly large and disproportionate feet and I can't wear them =( plus I have no arch in my foot to speak of. The ones that I did manage to cram my feet in felt like a glove for my foot. I wish I could fit in them...

55" would be too big for a monitor, however that looks like to be a 42". Also looks like you left the plastic on the edges so you can take it back to the store after you "proudly" take this photo.
