My relief is that, around 2011 that the last of these anti-movies is out, everyone will slowly realize how really utterly crappy this whole thing was. Not the movies nor the books, but the whole concept of effeminate pseudo-vampires that FUCKING sparkle (really, how the fuck did we let this happen? were we too stoned to realize what was going on?). The teen girls that read this book will mature and will read real books and realize how poorly written the books were. More importantly, they will realize how fucking sick the author is. And everyone who read the books or wathced the movies will pretend that this didn't happened. They will put it away in the shameful corners of their mind. This whole series of books and films will never be as epically awesome as the Lord of the Rings, or even Narnia. And the fans know it. It will slowly die away, and everyone will forget. Hopefully, in 40 years our sons will find how fucking shitty it was and they will watch it the same way that we watch "Manos".
