Did you idiots actually watch Crank? What a crawling piece of steaming shit. @freakymescan: says the plot was weak, and it was. and the the plot was the only redeeming quality in the entire picture. The premise 'COULD' have facilitated a ton of kick ass "transporter"esque fight scenes, and Crank delivered NOTHING!! They consistently avoided the ample opportunity for needless fights and violence, in a movie where the plot should have "REQUIRED" it. not to mention the smattering of bad BAD humor. This is a perfect example of people pretending to like a movie because they have previously like the lead actors. and their making a sequel... god... wtf?

Ya her character didn't offer much more than a plot progression or two, but I like her. She came off as genuine and if the writers are trying to shock us and keep us guessing, they are doing swimmingly. I'd be prepared for several other character deaths in the next 9 episodes. - Comment on Paintballed (2009-01-17 10:57:06)
They could have increased the realism just a bit... and put some paint on her polished clean gun. All that aside... Me likey. - Comment on Cashed (2009-01-11 13:13:08)
@KommissarKvC: Weed not drugs. Its a plant that releases magic upon incineration. Closed minded fools need not comment on something they know not! - Comment on Star Wars Universe (2009-01-11 11:26:16)
Oops, spoiler alert. - Comment on Star Wars Universe (2009-01-11 11:25:58)
@Skifter: Yes, Chewie dying sucks, but what an epic fitting demise. Hurling refugees into the hovering Falcon and screaming in defiance as the entire moon crashes onto him. Amazing. - Comment on Dragon cake (2009-01-11 11:23:07)
@peatpunk: You are geek enough to know the gaming reference, and even a brief understanding of the rules, but you mock those that have gaming fun with a bunch of friends? Geeks or not, it makes them happy, are you? - Comment on Cashed (2009-01-11 11:14:09)
I'd crawl right in. It looks cozy. - Comment on Star Wars Universe (2009-01-09 15:39:54)
@LukeV1-5: Before the Vong came, inhabitants of the known Star Wars Galaxy believed anything beyond the outer rim was just an empty void. Though I have only read 3 books into the Vong Invasion. Perhaps more is determined of their origin and flight path in further installments? - Comment on Mirror's Edge - Faith (2009-01-09 13:21:30)
@LukeV1-5: Odd, I don't see any correlation between my opinion about a popular (Yet apparently controversial) game, and being Self righteous or elitist. You just splayed out your throbbing insecurities for the whole room. Too bad I stayed away too long to enjoy it. We 'elitists' can be quite busy at times. - Comment on American Freedom (made in China) (2009-01-09 12:56:35)
Does it still cost a buck 0'5? Or has the recession brought the price down? - Comment on Star Wars Universe (2009-01-09 12:45:06)
@Avias: You are assuming the ethnocentric standpoint that because they look "human" they must have originated on Earth? Even though the opening scroll clearly states it all happened a long long time ago? Obviously that means it would predate our own ability to explore the universe. Either Lucas is hinting that we are not so entirely special, and that a very similar human evolution can occur on many other worlds, or he is hinting that humans on Earth are descended from the species' depicted in the Star Wars Galaxy. Something to chew on. - Comment on Mirror's Edge - Faith (2009-01-03 13:02:17)
@Gunface01: I agree, it was a really well made game, just perhaps the implementation had a few shortcomings. If Dice can sell their engine and start churning out 1st person platforming in a bunch of different contexts? That will be a huge step for gaming. - Comment on Mirror's Edge - Faith (2009-01-03 12:59:45)
@tiki god: Sorry tiki, i didn't take your meaning correctly. Reason being, I never played the demo. I've played through the whole game, and combat doesn't come about too often. Though I could have done with less, the more frustrating parts of the game were the combat sequences. I still really enjoy it as a whole. I guess they should have picked a better chunk for the demo. @FlyingMantisShrimp: Yes, possible, but i've have come across a ton of would be gamers that will quit a game that proves difficult to them, and opt to blame the game itself for their troubles. Its not a rule, but it sure isn't rare. - Comment on Valdore-class warbird (2009-01-03 11:20:43)
One thing I must say for Nemesis, The ship design was really top notch.
