Technically she's a Nebari, and that's her post-eye-surgery. She ends up cooking her eyes with telekinetic backlash, and has to get new eyes, thus the "reptilian" look. The upside is she's able to see through walls!

The "Animals" (the leopardy one) is possibly the BEST suit in the game, if you like guns. It rids you of that goddamn shake in your aim, even when using sniper rifles! It's like it's made of diazepam! The shit camo was cool until you got the Sorrow's Spirit camo, which made you silent. Both tho were very good for sneaking up on people. The problem with the shit camo was that after plugging their nose with one hand, they'd be whipping out their gun with the other!
