My only guess to why there's a priced menu is that it was a cafeteria for visitors and/or staff... Unfortunately the one place I didn't get any good pictures of were the basement: a few dozen rooms, bare concrete, exposed piping (most of it leaking now) - but all the rooms down there were numbered, so I can only assume they were used as rooms for the inmates. I must do a return trip.
