I never said anything about attacking anyone with a chainsaw. I said using a chainsaw was enjoyable. Even coming down to that, you're assuming that the final objective is to kill the other person. Surely scaring them off is better? A chainsaw is big, loud and highly visible - much scarier than some inconspicuous gun, regardless of whether or not it's a better weapon. Do you really believe that whatever a burglar would pick up in your house is worth his or her life? Oh America.

I once helped Michael Fassbender bury a body in the desert but I can't say any more about that. Registered 2007-08-18 19:41:37 Comment Karma: 2006 Featured Comments: 0 Member of : |

It would have been different because a gun is a ranged weapon. You can overpower or run away from a 10 year old with a knife fairly easily. A 10 year old with a gun isn't much different from anyone else with a gun. Besides, how could they have illegally acquired that gun and broken all those laws if someone they knew hadn't owned it legally in the first place? - Comment on With all the gun crazy shit going on, tell me your gun experiences (2013-03-23 01:20:55)
http://www.newser.com/story/164899/boys-kill-baby-in-stroller-while-robbing-mom-cops.html Nope, no gun problem there, those prepubescent children would have found some way to get a gun, it's not like criminals obey the law. - Comment on With all the gun crazy shit going on, tell me your gun experiences (2013-03-22 02:03:07)
I've fired a couple of handguns and a few rifles but none of them compare to the satisfaction of sawing up tree trunks with a chainsaw. If you've never done it then you should, it's an immensely enjoyable activity and you actually end up with something useful instead of a piece of paper with bulletholes in it and a lot of spent casings. - Comment on Nixie 7-segment LED (2013-03-21 23:30:53)
I always wanted to do something with these but then hipsters caught on to them and the price skyrocketed :( - Comment on Water fortresses (2013-03-21 23:28:25)
The third one looks like it needs a lot more maintenance than the others, maintenance that you probably won't have the resources or knowhow to conduct. Second or first are fine, even if they float along the water's surface how are they going to climb up? - Comment on Faith Restored! (2013-03-19 20:01:46)
Why do people in America have American flags outside their houses? Surely it's already implied that a house in America is American? - Comment on game of halo (2013-03-14 12:14:56)

Does it have to be fun? A lot of the useless information I know is not fun, like the difference between a Phillips screw and a Frearson screw, no one knows that because it is a completely uninteresting and useless piece of information. - Comment on Sexy Red Head Droid Dress (2013-03-04 14:14:31)

If your government is so goddamned evil then when aren't you staging a violent revolution like you said you need your guns to do? - Comment on IT bingo (2013-02-20 23:10:51)
IT is an industry because it requires a very specialised skillset that is nonetheless needed pretty much everywhere. If you work in IT then a large part of your job is going to be being a prosthetic brain for the people you work for. If this is the kind of thing that annoys you then you shouldn't go into IT, it's like a maths teacher complaining that his students don't already know calculus. Helping people who don't know about computers is the whole point of your job. - Comment on IT bingo (2013-02-20 21:17:45)
It's funny how most of the complaints you hear IT people make consist of "This one time, someone actually expected me to actually do, my actual job, like what the fuck?". - Comment on kill rank (2013-02-18 21:04:29)
I agree with you to a certain extent but that's 3 things.
