Cartoons aimed at 4 year old girls are off topic for a site such as this where posts include all sorts of adult things such as blood, porn, etc. I'm sure there are a thousand pony fan sites, if you feel the need to look at ponys, http://www.justfuckinggoogleit.com/ . On the other hand this is an adult escape for me. My daughter is four, loves ponies, and when she is sick the TV plays ponies every hour she is awake courtesy of Netflix. I'm annoyed that one of my few adult refuges from kid shit was invaded and I literally stopped coming to this website for a few months even with the scriptmonkey script someone made to block the pony crap.

So I'm curious, if the bottle gets knocked over before getting opened is there enough pressure to burst the bottle? Also Mythbusters showed why this trick works, I'm wondering if the mentos will get soggy and no longer work the same if this trick is setup hours/days in advance.

We did this in chemistry class. Apply heat to a specific type of plastic in sheet form and the blow and it hyper-stretches into a very thin balloon thing.

Yep, we used to "erase" CDs in a microwave dedicated to that purpose back in college. It stinks, probably puts toxic fumes in the air, but no one is pulling data off that CD after it's been microwaved for a few seconds. Helluva light show. We kept the microwave on an outside covered porch.

There are a lot of books left to come out, like ten or so. I'd love to see a good movie made of this but I'm not sure the first book would really grab the attention deficient crowds so much as the later stuff would. If you like Dresden Files also check out the Iron Druid series by Kevin Hearne, very similar feel as far as the sarcasm and such goes.
