Yeah it's a Smart Car. If you look between the tires, just under the body, there is a square-ish metal piece that has SMART in black.

Tiki God - Not only do some people put it in their fridge, but some also mix it in with cat litter so the catbox doesn't stink so badly. You can also add it to the wash to help get odors out of your clothes. Arm & Hammer even makes detergent.

Since there is also a can of what looks like Glade air freshener behind the JD bottle on the same side and a can of Lysol on the left, maybe the baking soda is to help cut down the odor. Or maybe it's so he can brush his teeth.

Yes, I know it's supposed to be Cthulhu. Hence the title of this thread. However, there are no wings. No humanoid body. It's an angry cartoon octopus, IMO, unlike any representation of the Great Old One that I have ever seen. Not my body. Not my money. So *shrug*
