I like how stating an incontrovertible fact of biology and categorical logic got me four dislikes. I don't care if this person undergoes extreme body modifications, its that persons body. I also don't care how he feels. He can approximate being a woman all he wants, but that fact of the matter is that the closest he'll ever get is some body mods, make-up, and clothes that are culturally defined as female. Which is good enough to fool most, maybe even himself. But to demand I also accept his categorization of himself is to ask me to ignore known facts. No one that cares about truth would do that.
