I don't know who this is a picture of, but it is not Extreme makeover. I'm guessing The Swan. I was on Extreme makeover so I know that a few "adjustments" can make a world of difference in your looks as well as your self image. Yes everyone looks better with their hair and makeup done thats why millions of women do it everyday.
