And what did I say tiki god? How did I contradict that? Ofcourse you have to be in a surplus for that to happen. The thing is, most people don't get fat by eating tons of healthy food. You don't even have to eat that much, just a couple of twinkies or mars bars here and there to get over your maintanance calories and you'll gradually gain weight.

I'm usually not the one to call people out for being disrespectful but you just said something insanely idiotic AND disrepectful my man. I don't care if anyone got "offended" by your stupid comment, I'm not a fat activist or whatever but fat people aren't bad people just for being fat. Many useful historical figures happened to be fat or a bit bigger than average. What the fuck did you do for humanity or for the people around you? And how thick skulled does one have to be to think that every fat person got fat by eating "truckloads" of food? Most people get fat because they eat easily digestable high calorie food like sweets. And no one asked for your sympathy in the first place anyway so you can go fuck yourself if you think of yourself so highly.
