The Packers only play their home games in Green Bay. They used to play half of their home games in Milwaukee but that ended in the early 90s. (To honor those people who had season tickets at County Stadium a number of games played at Lambeau are considered "Gold Package" games and only those who had tickets at County Stadium are allowed to use their season tickets during those games.)They also used to play a pre-season game at Camp Randal in Madison but that too ended in the early 90s. Besides, the Packers represent Wisconsin not only Green Bay. Why do you think Packer fans are called Cheeseheads?

You are correct. As someone who lives in central Wisconsin, the border between the Packers, Vikings and Bears so called "territories" is VERY undefined at best.
