I have to agree with you... 1042x768? This isn't 1997... Even before I just bought 3 25" 1080p monitors this week I had one 22" 1680x1050 and a 21" 2048x1536... - Comment on Storminator Car (2011-03-10 19:50:35)

DAMN good show. I never saw it or knew about it as a kid, but found it by mistake and torrented all 4 seasons. As a computer enthusiast and someone working in IT, the computer related jokes get more of a kick than one would expect. I also seem to have a weakness for cartoons from the 90s and early 00s. - Comment on Petroglyph National Monument, NM (2011-03-03 21:19:47)
Well fuck, I would have stayed as long as I wanted. If some kid wants to try and rob me he can get a face full of loaded gun before pissing his pants and running away. - Comment on Anime tanks (2011-03-02 20:23:11)
Damn you said it first. I recognized it too. - Comment on seymour! (2011-03-01 21:11:44)
I'll be honest, this episode made me cry both times I saw it. I don't fucking care if someone makes fun of me for it either. - Comment on SEIU v taxpayer (2011-03-01 21:06:09)
I missed part of my description. The reason for them wanting to stretch out each job is that if all the jobs get done there's no more work. Which I can understand their reasoning for stretching them out were I in their place, but as someone who is tired of how shitty our roads are and tired of the wasted tax money, it needs to be made so they can't do that. - Comment on SEIU v taxpayer (2011-03-01 20:43:49)
If there's one union I see the most evidence against is that of the road workers in my state of Pennsylvania. You ALWAYS see like 3-5 standing around doing nothing when you drive by, or two people staring at one person doing work, ect. The reason for this is because they want to stretch out each job as long as they can, which makes road work cost a LOT more than it should. I propose two solutions for this individual circumstance. 1) Give bonuses to the supervisors/managers on each job scaling with how quickly the job gets done (it must be inspected by an independent person from the job for quality so they don't just rush through it half assed). 2) Pay workers a fixed amount based on the estimated time the job should take, allowing for schedule setbacks that are not the fault of the workers (supplies arrive late, materials are of poor quality, weather, ect.) so they want to finish each job as quickly as possible so they can start a new one with a new set of pay. This would also need inspection by an individual who's pay isn't related to the jobs. - Comment on Another Battle: Lost Angeles Poster (2011-02-28 19:49:35)

It's not only free spin, it has a mode switch to make it click or free spin. You choose your preference :-) - Comment on Sentinel VS. 1010 (2011-02-27 22:41:43)
I use a Logitech G500. Best mouse I've touched yet. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16826104318&cm_re=g500-_-26-104-318-_-Product - Comment on Good thing MacGyver is one of the good guys. (2011-02-26 20:29:06)
I wanted to thumbs up your for the part about the politicians, but I can't because of the generalization about all other Americans. Yes, there are unfortunately a lot of pussies in the US (and in other countries around the world), like those retards who were scared of the Mooninites in Boston for example, but not all of us are. - Comment on Okay, Apple. I apologize to humanity, but I had to upvote Casemods... Macs (except for the motherboard which uses UEFI instead of BIOS) use the SAME hardware as PCs. Same processors (Intel, they ditched their own procs long ago), same ram, same video cards, same hard drives, similar lcd screens, ect. ect. And they charge more for the look, the brand, the "mac snobbiness" and because steve jobs has cancer. - Comment on Okay, Apple. (2011-02-25 21:38:13)
