Evil, sometimes your positions seem under-researched. While I take nothing at face value and realize there is often covert agendas under overt displays, I must take the position that there is an intellectual responsibility not to jump to conclusions. HAARP (2 A's, one R, stands for High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program). HAARP has many facets, and like most of the ideas Nikola Tesla fathered is quite misunderstood. Be careful, this kind of thought process is what got Galileo in trouble. I'm not saying to believe everything they tell you, people lie for their agendas often. Just hold things up to a bright light and examine every facet before you commit yourself to a particular position. Oh yeah, your mom makes good pictures. Tell her to send more :)

At 6-8mpg on land, I'm sure considerably less in the water, I'd prefer a car towing a small sailboat with a tent in the trunk. Besides, nothing's more annoying than one of these big bastards next to you at a campsite with owners running their generator so they can watch tv, cook on a range and take hot showers while they "get back to nature". What a waste. http://www.terrawind.com/ They have other cool amphib stuff. I want the car. - Comment on life aquatica cast wallpaper (2008-07-01 16:22:18)
Evil, are you serious? You're actually trying to look for a deeper meaning of using red, blue and yellow together. I'm guessing people laugh at you a lot. Get that man a red cap and speedo. - Comment on white fright (2008-06-25 07:12:39)
I used to live in Roswell, it's a suburb of Atlanta about 10 miles north. I've read the local rag a few times, and this cover at first glance put me off. It's all about context though. Atlanta is an edgy town, always has been. The story is about how local law enforcement is keeping a strong eye on the supremacist groups given the current political precipice. The article starts with a quote from a local officer: “Do we think that anything is going to happen to Obama here in Georgia? No. Are we watching [local hate groups] carefully? Oh, yeah.†Read it: http://www.beaconcast.com/articles/20080521_1 - Comment on Gun Culture Vs Thug Culture (2008-06-19 18:49:32)
@Pauld Care to elaborate? I love words. Really. Etymology is intriguing. Words change meaning over time, thus is the nature of communication. A recently popular act is to get hung up on the word militia. In 1777, the meaning of "militia" was "the whole body of men declared by law amenable to military service, without enlistment, whether armed and drilled or not." (http://www.etymonline.com/index.php?search=militia&searchmode=none) You can spin it all you want. It says what it says. "A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed." If a time comes where your government cannot maintain your security, you will have to provide for yourself. Police usually arrive after the law has been broken. If your family is at risk, are you comfortable with having the phone and a baseball bat providing your security? Those 2 things should logically silence anti-firearm arguments. The constitution has been stepped on by almost every administration, yet it still survives. We the people will always look to it as a code of law. Read it. http://www.usconstitution.net - Comment on Gun Culture Vs Thug Culture (2008-06-19 13:03:04)
Hiselin- One of them bred your nation and the right to say nonsense at will. Without an armed populous, the revolutionary war would have been quite implausible. Perhaps that's why the second amendment was dreamed up by those silly rednecks. - Comment on The Rapex female condom (2008-05-20 17:37:26)
I might be late, but I have to say it... FAIL on many levels. STD's for one. Vengeance would be a problem too. How do you know that the rapist won't try to come back (if he went away in the first place) and kill you later for messing up his penis? Here is a much more practical solution. http://www.gunshopfinder.com/smithandwesson/smithandwesson36LS.asp I'm guessing it's also more comfortable. I don't have a vagina, but I think I can make an educated decision related to the uncomfortable nature of that device. Much better odds on success. - Comment on Fjord (2008-05-09 18:42:24)

Here's an idea: Broil or grill a large beef roast, make gravy (no cornstarch, doesn't reconstitute well). Make a bunch of rice and veggies. Make plates (I use paper plates). Put the whole plate in a gallon ziploc bag. Freeze. Cheap, easy, tasty, nutritious - and you know what the hell you're eating. You should read the back of that box sometime.
