I don't like them much, but unless I know the person really bloody well (as in, long-term relationship with other forms of birth control), then I'm using them, no ifs, ands or buts. Also, for the sexism comment- All of these lines apply to homosexual relationships too. Pregnancy isn't up there!

The problem is that a vocal minority of misandrists are being labelled as feminists to discredit the notion of actual feminism, which strives for equality of the sexes by making governments recognise that women HAVE been oppressed for god knows how long. To clarify: Misandrists= Hate men and want women to rule. Feminists= Don't hate men and want women and men to co-exist with equal rights.

I think confusion arose over the fact that they're Northern Irish, whereas people would refer to the Republic of Ireland as "Irish". Incidentally, fuck british rule.
