The Home that was used in this movie was 2 blocks over from where I used to Live. I was just a kid (about 9 or 10) when it was being filmed, but I remember meeting Jeffrey Jones (the sex offender that played Ed Rooney). He seemed nice enough then. All the neighborhood kids raided the craft services dining cart. Good Times! For those of you that live in Southern California and feel like making the pilgramage to the house, its at 4160 Country Club Drive in Virginia Country Club Long Beach California.
