Actual Irishman. I thought I clarified or at least tried to in my previous statement that it was in fact the English Government that I do have the issue with. Not the People. SO we are on the same page, I know you know a racist is someone who hates someone of another race not national origin. I am Caucasian. He is Caucasian. That's not racism. Would the correct term be xenophobe? Honestly I'm not sure. I am aware that Scotland is part of the United Kingdom as is Northern Ireland. I misspoke, or rather didn't really think before opening my fat mouth. To be honest with you I was just kinda being a twat myself. I don't "hate" the English People as much as I really have a distaste for what the British government has done historically. I am an Irishman and without going into detail my family had been directly effected by the British Empire. It's easy to get carried away when typing shit on the internet. I DID in fact get a bit carried away. To put a finer point on the original issue, my level of distaste for Mr. Ramsey probably doesn't have any baring on who he really is as a person. He is probably an exceedingly nice person. My issue is more with his television persona. I don't like anyone that berates people the way he does. Anyhow, Cheers. I hope this sheds a tad more light on the matter.

I thought he was a Brit this whole time. Honestly Opinion of the guy just went way up. So my bad. Thank you for educating me to that fact. His very limited prior affiliation with a Football Club in the mid 80's doesn't speak volumes to his abilities close to 30 years later. I won't list my cred because it's fairly moot as its not like we will be scrapping anytime soon anyway,. Like I said previously though, now that I know he isn't a Brit it kinda makes me hate the guy way less. I just dislike when people talk to other people the way he does. a lot of the time it's just very uncalled for.
