Nope, that's Vader. Fett picks him up to transport. The best you could say is that he "tipped off the Feds" so that Vader could put the squeeze on Billy Dee. He doesn't *do* anything. Granted- his costume is cool. Name a scene where he kicks ass. Where he's even intimidating. He *ought* to be cooler than me, but even symbolically, all he represents is Han's ill-spent past hanging over his head- the main wedge between Han and Leia. He is a plot device cock-block. In a badassed costume. I ain't mad! I just have to ask whenever someone gives Fett love: "Why?"
