Maybe it isn't your thing- not your bag, baby- I understand that. But "WTF?!"? Please. You either get it, or you're new to the internet. they're not saying it must be stolen because it's good, they're saying that what he has drawn is a reproduction of a licensed intellectual property that he certainly did not obtain proper permission to claim as "his." yeah, but if you were to make a matrix containing toons of how each branch saw itself and every other branch, these images would totally fit in there somewhere. I may not be military, but my high school gang branched into JAG, Navy and Marine, and I lived in Manhattan, Ks for a few years, playground of the Army's 1st infantry. You can't go more than an hour around anyone of these groups without someone saying SOMETHING similar to this pic about the other branches.

this too shall pass. have you seen those paintings that are made by pouring paint over a canvas on the floor with a central square column? they just pour a certain amount of one color so it falls evenly down the four sides, and then repeat with a different color, over and over. The point is that the most recent color of paint is the most prominent and dominates the eye, but as successive layers are added, the colors press themselves into thinner and thinner outer borders. By the time ten more colors have been added, the color you started with is a tiny strip on the outside, barely visible next to the more recent ones. So goes the march of memes, my friend- the new shoulders aside the old and demands attention, only to be shouldered aside itself in short order. It's going to be OK. Tl;Dr: This too shall pass.

I have both. My dogs can go all day without being obnoxious about their needs, whereas my cats can't figure out how to use the damn litterbox. Oh, they know to go to the bathroom there, but for some reason in their fucked up little brains they think it's a good idea to walk ten feet away from the box to start burying. The end result is a nasty smell and a confused looking cat pawing retardedly at a the carpet across the room. The damn things also behave as if they've never eaten in their entire lives. I've started gluing a few pieces of food to the bottom of their bowl so they won't start yowling at me to put more in. Back when I still thought they were actually hungry, they'd rush to the fresh chow only to eat a single bite and wander off, as if they'd forgotten what the big deal was. I figured out they were just neurotic and panicked by the sight of an empty dish. Needy little fucks. My dogs will tell me when they're hungry, but by waiting patiently in their kennels.
