I fail to see the "gas sucking car". I do see a truck, but it's hardly a gas sucker...being as it's an LS, in can only have the I-4 (4 cyl) or I-5 (5 cyl)engine.

It's a quarry in AZ, I flew over it today on my way into Tucson...if I had to guess, it's granite. http://maps.google.com/?ie=UTF8&ll=32.953332,-111.827388&spn=0.019842,0.04549&t=h&z=15 - Comment on Commemorative Pistols (2008-06-12 21:10:40)

Yep...but this one's pretty old and needs to be updated. It's teh internets that we complain about now -- damn officers clogging the tubes with their "official work." - Comment on Pail O Pups (2008-03-29 09:33:35)

@XP Because disarming the public is the first step in genocide. Not to mention that, just because the average law abiding joe can't have it doesn't mean the criminal can't. If a criminal can have it, I should be able to equally defend myself...The police being 15 minutes away won't help when I have a weapon pointed at me. @Max Of course you can own artillery...you just need to be a Class III dealer...riiiiiiiiiiiiight :) @njch412 Well said. I doubt he's touched one. He's more afraid of guns than that 3000lb weapon he drives to work every day. (not to mention power tools, wall sockets, dogs, broken glass...) @thepossiblelight I didn't shoot a 26, so I can't compare compact Glock to compact M&P recoil. I can tell you that a 27's recoil isn't much more than a fullsize M&P .40. The bore axis is closer to the XD, but I'd have to say it's ever so slightly lower than the XD. The only drawback to the Compact M&P's is the weight...darn thing weighs a ton for being a compact poly. Most of the weight is in the slide (duh) - what I mean is the slide ALONE weighs a lot...the metal is way thicker than it needs to be IMO. But when loaded the heavier slide helps with balance and recoil. I also like the trigger on the M&P better, personally I hate the middle trigger safeties on Glocks. @schulzbrianr FN eh? I have an FNP-9 (which actually weighs less than the compact M&P)...AMAZING reliability! - Comment on M&P9c (2007-12-04 12:56:48)
It shoots very well! A lot less kick on it than I expected for a compact polymer. About 500rds w/o a hiccup. I was going to get a .40 (didn't want to wait for the .45) but I wasn't able to find one for rent. I rented a G27 and it blew nuts (both in feel and the caliber...felt like more recoil than a .45), so I went w/ 9mm. - Comment on Liberal Brain (2007-11-28 22:41:30)
