While your intent is clear, I am inclined to quibble. I would substitute wasps with bees, and rusty barbwire with the bottle. At the very least, the glass could be molten. You know, of course, that these thoughts harm us, not them. It is significantly healthier to wish they acquire compassion and empathy, and recompense their actions. Nope. I was obtuse in attempted humor. There actually is a new series about a police character that involves age, not being too young, but too old. Fillon is that police officer in the "The Rookie". It's action and interaction keeps me watching.
