The one on the right is the Stunticons Menasor. Both of them are drawn up very nice, but the artist took a lot of liberties making the vehicles look better than the toys actually were.

Stars are based on the score point value compared to a set of unlisted score thresholds. They are completely unrelated to the % of notes hit. It's just as damn near impossible to get 5 stars on easy as it is to get 100% Notes Hit on Expert.

Hmm... with her back bent as backwards as it is, I don't think she's doing anything aside from looking threatening. If she was really going to attack, she'd have her back arched forwards so her center-of-gravity would be in front of her legs. Right now she's trying to look scary yet alluring, and failing at both.
