    I've seen the anime first and found it very good with a weird story... Then I read the manga and found it excellent... with a weird story =). By the way I think it's better to watch the anime first because you're not pissed off that the story has been modified/cut from the manga.

    The castle of Carcassonne has some good legends about sieges taking place there. And when you visit the castle, it reveals traps made for make the life of attackers harder. Quite interesting to visit.

    @natedog: Muslim isn't a synonym for religious fanatic. There are fanatics from any religion. @Stolid: "A religion that treats their women like slaves"... It seems to be equally a good description for christians from not so long ago (hoo, women are the devil, bla bla bla...)
