I have a friend whose Dad was the dentist on the Yorktown. His uniform used to be on display when you toured the Yorktown in Charleston S.C.

I enjoy seeing the old photos of men at war, but the one thing that always intrigues me is who are they and did they survive the war. Most of them we will never know anything more of them that the photo. That is a real shame, because these are men and women who actually won the war.

A former boss, and owner of the business I worked at for 25 years gave all his managers a book on how to run a successful business. We were in discussion one day on a new program he wanted to implement, when it dawned on me that everything he said was opposite of what the book he had us read, so I asked have you read the book. No, was his answer. That is the day I just f**king gave up on any ideas coming out of his pea brain. The book really had some good ideas, but it seems that good ideas were the antithesis of how to run a profitable business. The company had been in business since 1929. The next year he sold the franchise because he was loosing money hand over fist.

Nice picture of both a beautiful car and a pretty sister. The car is certainly a 1966 but it isn't a GTO, it is a Tempest. Still a nice car. I remember those days when you could drive around with "Coors" beer on the dashboard and no one cared.

I served on active duty for 5 years and of those 5 years 4 years and 6 were out of the country but because my wife makes to much money I am not eligible for any VA benefits. I don't know what my wife's income has anything to do with my service.
