Just got one. Funny thing is, it looked like the mobile layout of the website had loaded on my desktop. Took a screen cap of the overlay, went to right-click the image for the URL, and the overlay disappeared. Where should I send the screen cap?

The Bethke poem that you're probably playing on with that, is complete crap that can be summed up as "Oh, I hate Church, but I love Religion. The organization is terrible, but PRAISE JESUS. Go to Church - it's awesome. And Jesus, love and stuff." I'm not "criticizing the Churches for being full of sinners" - I'm saying that being a bunch of Jesus nuts doesn't "fix" human nature - it just gets in the way of people making good, informed decisions.

As an argument against the existence of the specific gods of the present day, it's speculative, but sounds pretty solid. How many other bum religions were cast off as voodoo before we finally found what Christians would call the "right" one? We can never know, but I really doubt we'd see people talking about the guy who was born in a manger in jerusalem, visited by three wise men, and all that other tripe. It'd be a whole new story, and plenty of different values.
